Warranty Information

R.E.C. Enterprises LLC warrants parts and labor of installations on work performed to be free of defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service excluding materials that are of normal wear and tear such as batteries, bulbs, etc, for 1 year from date of purchase. Some specific parts and specific labor installations are not covered or have limited warranties and will be explained in certain instances in writing if such instance arrives. If at any time this warranty is expressed R.E.C. Enterprises LLC shall repair or replace such problem in workmanship or repair or replace such defective product at R.E.C. Enterprises LLC’s option.

R.E.C. Enterprises LLC sole responsibility shall be to repair or replace such problem in workmanship or repair or replace such defective products within the terms above.

R.E.C. Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including any incidental or consequential damages resulting, directly or indirectly, from any breach of any warranty, express or implied, or any other failure or malfunction of workmanship or products.
